Refund & Returns Policy for POKERFXCE

1. Return Window

We offer a 14-day return policy. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

Requests made after this period may be declined.

2. How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact us at info@pokerfxce.com with your order number and reason for return.

Returns must be authorised by POKERFXCE LTD before any item is sent back.

Items returned without prior approval may be refused.

3. Return Address

Approved returns must be sent to the address provided on email.

4. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• unworn

• unused

• unwashed

• in original condition

• with tags attached

• in original packaging where possible

• accompanied by proof of purchase

For hygiene reasons, headwear must be returned in unused condition and free from marks, odours or damage.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

POKERFXCE LTD is not responsible for:

• return postage costs

• customs charges

• duties or taxes

• carrier fees

• lost or damaged returns sent by the customer

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured postage service.

6. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@pokerfxce.com with your order number and clear photographs where applicable.

Where a claim is accepted, we will provide an appropriate remedy which may include replacement, refund or return instructions.

7. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• sale or clearance items

• gift cards

• personalised or custom products

• worn, washed or used items

• items damaged after delivery

• returns sent without approval

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To obtain another size or item, please return your original purchase once approved and place a new order separately.

9. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

10. EU Customers

If your order is delivered to the European Union, you may have additional cancellation rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
